4.Winner Selection/Odds: Winner will be selected on 07/29/23 from all eligible entries received by Sponsor. Winners will be selected at random. The potential winners will be notified in person or via contact information provided on 07/29/23.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed as follows: Online: Entrant will be deemed the person named on the applicable entry form. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the primary account holder may be required by Sponsor. The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrants’ e-mail accounts to receive e-mail messages. The Released Parties are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. One (1) winner will receive one (1) brand-new bike. One (1) winner will receive two (2) 2023-2024 Boston Celtics Home Game Tickets. Five (5) winners will receive one (1) $50 gift card.
 
5.Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize(s) with one of comparable or greater value (except as otherwise provided above), at its sole discretion. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release and any other documents required by Sponsor within five (5) days of date of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules, or return of prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner. Entrants agree, by entering, that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, any recording (voice, film, or video), and/or likeness for advertising, trade, and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission, or notification; 2) Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check and entry in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s permission for Sponsor to conduct such background check, provided that, to the extent additional authorization is necessary under law, entrants shall authorize such check. Eligibility: The Jason Stone Injury Lawyers First Annual Bicycle Bash Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstake”) is only open to legal residents of the U.S., who, at the time of entry, are (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (b) residents of Massachusetts. (“Sponsor”), (b) The Peabody (MA) Police Department, (c) Banner Seventeen, LLC doing business as the Boston Celtics (“Celtics”), (d) the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its Member Teams, (e) NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, the “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related. Potential winners of the Bike Prize, Ticket Prize or Gift Card Prize (each as defined below) will be selected via a random drawing by the Sponsor at the First Annual Jason Stone Bike Bash at Higgins Middle School, 85 Perkins Street, Peabody, MA 01960 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on 09/30/2023 (the “Event”) from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

5. Winners Selection/Odds: Entrants must attend the Event and ask a Sponsor representative to receive the Bike Helmet Prize(s) (available while supplies last). Additional Prize Terms: Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with any prize they receive and may be responsible for pre-paying taxes prior to receiving the prize. Attendance at any Celtics home game is subject to the general ticket rules and regulations established from time to time by Delaware North Companies, Inc. – Boston (“DNC-B”), the owner of the TD Garden and by the Celtics (the “Ticket Rules”), including any health and safety protocols applicable to such activities (e.g., requirements relating to COVID-19 vaccination status or use of face coverings), as determined by DNC-B and the Celtics in their sole discretion. In the event of a violation of the Ticket Rules, DNC-B and/or the Celtics shall have the right to eject the violators from TD Garden. If the winner and/or winner’s guest are ejected from TD Garden, they shall not have any rights to other prizes or compensation.
    
   Liabilities: By entering the Sweepstakes, each registrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from and against any liability, damages, or causes of actions (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of: (a) the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy; and (b) the delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of, misuse of, or inability to use any prize (including any type or manner of costs or damages) by prize winner or any third party (including prize winner’s child), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other theory. By accepting a prize, the prize winners agree that the Released Parties will have no liability and will be held harmless by such prize winner for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or to person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, participation in, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Sponsor or the Released Parties.

All entrants attending the Event will be eligible to claim one (1) bike helmet (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $15.00) (“Bike Helmet Prize”) for each child in their family (up to 10 children per family) while supplies last. Such entrants and each applicable child must be present at the Event to claim the Bike Helmet Prize(s). A total of 500 Bike Helmet Prizes will be available at the Event.

The following prizes require entry via the Registration Website, but not attendance at the Event: One (1) winner will receive one (1) dark purple Giant brand girl's 24 inch brand-new bike (ARV $200) (“Bike Prize”). One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Celtics regular season home game during the 2023-2024 NBA season, with the specific Celtics game and seat locations to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV $500.00) (“Ticket Prize”).
